At Saramoshop, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Stay with us to inform you about your returns and refunds information.
Return Procedure
Our return policy lasts 30 days (including the shipping time). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once you have decided to do a return, you have to first send us an email with detailed description of why you are willing to return your item. After your return request is approved by us (may take 2-3 business days), we will issue you a confirmation email where the return address is provided in that email.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where after inspection refunds are NOT granted:
1. Items with obvious signs of use
2. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery
Return Procedure due to Postal Damage
If you have unpacked the parcel carefully and you noticed the craft is damaged, then you have to report it to us within 24hrs of delivery. Please immediately take a photo in the same unpacked condition (including any missing or damaged or loosed parts/sections) so we can investigate the coincidence detail as clearly as possible. Once it has been accepted that the damage is caused by the post courier service then your refund will be processed or a credit will be applied to your account upon your request within 2 business days.
Refund Procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
